Rights of persons whose data is processed

Travellers have the right to:

1. access data concerning them,

2. rectification or supplementation incorrect data,

3. erasure data processed unlawfully,

4. restriction ofi  processing of specific data.

To exercise these rights, please contact the data controller or data protection officer in the country of destination.

In Poland, the data controller in the EES is the Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Border Guard.
