The receipt and consideration of complaints

The receipt and consideration of complaints and motions is conducted in accordance with the provisions of:

  • section VIII of the Act of 14 June 1960 Code of Administrative Procedure (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 2022, item 2000)
  • the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 8 January 2002 on the organisation of the receipt and consideration of complaints and motions (Journal of Laws 2002, item 46).

In matters of complaints and motions, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or the deputies appointed by the President shall receive citizens:

 - on Mondays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m,

 - from Tuesday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m,

after prior arrangement with the secretariat of the organisational unit of the Office competent in the subject matter of the complaint or motion.
