Field Consultation Point of the Personal Data Protection Office in Katowice – join us on 15 June

The Personal Data Protection Office is opening the second field consultation point in Poland. The consultation point will be open on 15 June 2026 at the Silesian Voivodeship Office in Katowice, located at 25 Jagiellońska Street, from 10:00 to 15:00. It will operate for one day, on a recurring basis approximately every two months.

The establishment of the point marks another step in strengthening the Office’s regional presence and making it easier for residents to have direct contact with experts specialising in personal data protection.

The point will serve as a place where residents of the Silesian Voivodeship can obtain information about their rights, the principles of personal data protection, as well as support in matters related to data protection breaches and the procedure for submitting complaints to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Similarly to the already operating field consultation point in Rzeszów, the Katowice point aims to build public awareness and reinforce the protection of the right to privacy at the local level.

Field consultation points are a practical form of support for individuals who wish to obtain reliable information and assistance in matters related to personal data protection without the need to travel to the Office’s headquarters.
