New search engine for decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
The Personal Data Protection Office has released a new version of the search engine for decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. It is available at: https://orzeczenia.uodo.gov.pl. This modern, intuitive tool provides access to the content of decisions issued by the President of the Personal Data Protection Office and information on related administrative and civil court decisions.
Key features of the search engine:
- advanced search filters - allows searching decisions by date, signature, keywords, type of breach, sector or remedy applied, among others;
- access to full content of anonymised judgements - allows for comprehensive analysis of case law, which is particularly useful for lawyers, data protection officers and researchers dealing with personal data protection in Poland;
- Uniform Resource Name (URN) identifiers - each decision has its own unique URN, which allows to identify and refer to the ruling even when it is not available online (e.g. in the content of paper documents) or after its location on the web has changed;
- regular updates to the database - guarantee access to the latest decisions and rulings, which is crucial for keeping up to date with current trends and practices in the area of data protection.Ciągły rozwój i planowane udoskonalenia:
