Online training for Data Protection Officers from the educational sector

The Personal Data Protection Office together with the Ministry of National Education invite you to a training course, which will take place on September 30, 2020, at 10.00 a.m.

Recently, numerous questions have arisen regarding the organization of remote learning and data security in this form of education. The training will be a good opportunity to clarify the doubts not only of Data Protection Officers, but also of all interested parties.

The meeting will inaugurate a series of online training courses prepared by the Personal Data Protection Office for all those interested in data protection issues.

The first of them, which will be attended by representatives of the Personal Data Protection Office and the Ministry of National Education, aims to introduce the issue of personal data protection during remote learning. It will complement the materials that have been developed and published by the Personal Data Protection Office together with the Ministry of National Education so far. These documents in a very accessible way refer not only to the processing of data of students, their parents or teachers, but also contain practical tips on how to conduct videoconferences and take care of the equipment on which we work, etc.

During the upcoming webinar, we will present you the answers to the most frequently asked questions about remote learning, as well as outline the challenges in the area of personal data protection that schools face in the light of the risks associated with the pandemic.

The highlight of the meeting will be the E-school for the best grade! Good remote education practices. Representatives of the Personal Data Protection Office, as well as specialists in the field of personal data protection will participate in this debate. Good models of remote learning and implemented solutions will be presented during the discussion.

We encourage you to participate in the training for the DPOs.
